You can be seen without Japanese health insurance. The consultation starts from JPY 20,000; tests and medicine are extra.

How to see a doctor
There are two ways to see a doctor. Most travelers come through their hotel or straight to our reception (1). If you have a Japanese mobile number, you can also book online (2).

Ask your hotel front desk to call us in Japanese and book for you: 03-6304-5767 (our phone line is Japanese only). Or come straight to our reception on the 6th floor of the Koshin Building, 0 min from the South Exit of Shinjuku Station. We will register you and give you the next available time. If your phone has a Japanese number that can receive SMS (starting with 070, 080 or 090), you can book online. A travel SIM or eSIM works too, as long as it comes with a Japanese number. Data-only eSIMs have no phone number. The booking page is in Japanese: select 初診 (top option) → 次へ → tap a ○ time → enter your number and details.

- Come to the 6th floor of the Koshin Building, right by the South Exit of Shinjuku Station.
- See the doctor. Tests are done when needed.
- Pay at reception. Prescribed medicine is given at the clinic when in stock.
